Integrating PayTickr with Xero

  1. Sign up for PayTickr and Xero accounts
  2. In PayTickr, go to Integrations->Xero
  3. Click the “Connect to Xero” button
  4. Follow the prompts to give PayTickr access to your Xero company
  5. Choose whether to automatically sync employees, and automatically export journal entries with each payroll run
  6. Configure how you want the journal entries to appear in Xero if you turned that option on
  7. Save your changes
  8. Run payroll in PayTickr and watch the magic unfold!

Note: You can also manually export journal entries to Xero after running payroll in PayTickr. You can do this by clicking “Create Journal Entries for Selected Pay Stubs” from the “See Payroll Runs” screen.
