New Software Makes it Easy and Affordable for Canadian Accountants to Help Small Businesses Keep Track of Time

“PayTickr is a great tool for payroll professionals, and especially those that work with small businesses such as landscapers, construction contractors, service companies and agencies,” says Kreg MacPhee, PayTickr CEO, “They are experts in making sure people are paid properly, and will be trusted advisors for our software going forward.”

New professional features include allowing accountants, bookkeepers and payroll professionals to see all their payroll clients at a glance. One screen lists all their clients, their employee tracking and their payments. ProTickr professionals can choose to monitor or run their clients’ payroll cycles and take care of ePayments. This helps add extra value and improves their relationships with the small businesses they advise.

Users can also choose to use just the time tracking features of the mobile app.

“PayTickr is the easiest mobile time and location tracking app out there, which means less mistakes and human error.” states Brad Rougeau, Paytickr CTO. “Plus, being able to see all of their clients and their employees information at a glance will make their work so much simpler and quicker.”

PayTickr continues to partner with Winnipeg-based Telpay, to offer seamless direct deposit ePayments for PayTickr clients, and this applies to ProTickr customers as well. Amounts for employees, subcontractors, and CRA government remittances can all be calculated and electronically paid with a click of a button in the PayTickr interface.

ProTickr professionals can also make use of PayTickr’s recent integration with QuickBooks for both its time tracking and payroll applications.
