You must first integrate your QuickBooks Online account with PayTickr before configuring. Please consult “FAQ: QuickBooks Online Integration – Getting Started”.
Under the “Time and Pay” tab, select “Time Tracking”, and then “Search Tasks”. Enter your filters to select the relevant time sheets you wish to export to QuickBooks. Click the “Export Tasks to QuickBooks Online”.
Choose whether you want the task descriptions to be exported as a “Service Item” or a “Description/Note”.
Check off which tasks you want to be exported to QuickBooks, and select the employee and item or description. Employees and item will by default be set to those of that task if they exist in the QuickBooks Online company.
